Graduated with Bachelor and Master degrees from the Undergraduate and Graduate School of Teacher Education in Waseda University respectively.
Holds a Master degree from INSEAD (Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change) in coaching, organizational psychology as well as leadership.
Got a job in a PR company and handled PR of products targeting women after working as interns in NGOs and government agencies. Moved to work for an NPO in international education and was responsible for planning workshops on education, and subsequently switched to work in a consulting firm in charge of planning educational training in both Japan and foreign countries as HR development specialist.
Established MANABICIA Co.,Ltd. eventually and served as the president of the company. `Ikukyari College` was also set up after that to match working mothers with suitable mentors and provide them with career support.
Currently expanding the range of both local and overseas activities especially in Tokyo while raising a 1-year old child alone as partner has moved to work overseas since the last month of pregnancy.
Carried out numerous lectures and wrote articles on coaching and the balance of career and child-raising.
Published a book titled "The Identity of Charm: Gain Confidence and the Career You Desire"(Yamato Shobo, May 18, 2017) and is the author of a series about female careers in Huffington Post Japan.
